Round Floor Brush Grommet, Large Split Grommet with Brush, Raised Floor Airflow Management 1 Pack

In building a new 15' audio/video sound booth, I used these 4" round floor brush grommets for the cable access holes. Using a 4 1/8" hole saw, these grommets fit perfectly and that fact that they split is even better. The brush guards against anything falling into the raised floor area and allows easy cable access. Great product.

This split brush plate looks super and durable but will NOT work for a drywall application. The OD of the plate isnt big enough making the 4 attachment hole too close to the hole. Had to wrap electrical tape to it and pressure it the plate in the hole. It worked for what I needed. Might seek a better solution for drywall installation next time.

All my electrical, water lines and fresh water tank come thru this now. Fairly easy to install. Time will tell if it holds up or some problem arises from its use. Only complaint is that’s it’s overpriced for what it is.

Great quality. Durable. Snaps together to close and then screws to surface.
