The bag is lovely and nice size not too heavy. happy with the bag overall.I did have one issue with the bag that it had a smell but I have been contacted by the seller and the matter has been rectified.Excellent customer serviceWas refunded and offered a replacement of a bag free.I think there must of been a one off for my product and the factory.

Beautiful soft rucksack, nice size. I had to return because the front pocket with press stud was sitting properly as shown in picture on website. Also it smelt very awful, I couldn't wait to package back to return, the smell was making me feel very sick sadly, hence my score. For these two reasons I sadly returned, otherwise, it ticked all my boxes.

This is fantastic quality. Nice soft fabric and looks a really nice brown in person. Slight smell when I opened it, but after a little while of being out of the bag it was fine, so just part of packaging process. Love this bag, looks more expensive than I paid!

Used a few times and the stitching is coming away at the top of the straps, I’m expecting that they will come away fairly shortly. As it was a birthday gift and was bought in advance, it’s now outside the return window so I can’t do anything about it.

Roomy, well made, very soft leather bag and so practical. Like that a strap was included so that the bag can be used as a handbag as well as a backpack. Great value for money.
