Good sturdy gazebo
You definitely need 2-3 people for set up for the roof assembly it’s just not possible for one person to hold up the pieces and connect them . But the instructions are fairly easy to read it took me , my husband and my parents about a day to set up but we took breaks . So far it has been great we’ve had a few rough storms come through and it’s handled them great but we also secured the legs to my patio using concrete screws. My last gazebo was a cloth top and lasted 2 years but this last winter the snow built up on it and collapsed the roof (which I know is my fault for leaving it up) so that’s why I chose this gazebo with the roof being hard I can leave it up all year and not have to worry about build up .One thing I was disappointed about was the roof is not complete steel like the description makes you believe. The frame is total steel but the roof is pieces of a hard plastic I think they are super light weight but have held up so far . It’s a good gazebo for the price I think .

Stays cool in the sun and it’s beautiful.
We have had many compliments on this. Yesterday we were sitting inside it to stay cool..(it works! It really blocks the uc rays) and a thunderstorm came thru. We stayed inside the gazebo and stayed dry. Love it. Only disappointment was the curtains were a darker tan not the cream that the pic shows.

NO HELP AT ALL.
I requested a more specific set of instructions and have not received anything, no instructions, no call back. The phone number does not work, and when it does it just keeps ringing. The other email was simply asking the distance between the main poles, at the corners. It does not say in the instructions. This is CRITICAL. If the main poles are not at the right distance, the whole thing will be messed. My box was ripped upon arrival and loose screws everywhere. I counted them and I think I have them all. I have construction guys coming next week to put it together at $ an hour for two guys. I am so scared that is is going to get messed up. I am at a loss, will someone PLEASE, TRY TO HELP ME OUT. I will change my review if I can get some help or some time of communication.........This unit had a highly recommended rating and it may be ? But right now nob ody has reached out to me whether an email or phone call HELP.

Great Gazebo Well worth the money
This came almost a week ahead of schedule which worked out great. I took my time and made sure all parts were included and they were. The instructions are basically follow the picture type, no writing but pretty clear on ever step of the way. I was able to build it by myself. I would say it took about 6 hrs. We did have one of the panels had a good scratch on it from damage that occurred during shipping, but they replaced it with no issues. Other then that no issues, very solid awesome looking Gazebo. So far it doesn't leak, made it through some pretty good rains and stood strong through 60mph winds. Very Happy with this purchase.

Structure is great, but curtains do not fit
We received a partial shipment of this item today, but it only contains the polycarbonate roof shingles (box was only 38 lbs). We received no poles, no structural items, no hardware, no curtains - ONLY the shingles for the roof. The outside of the box says "1/2", but I confirmed with FedEx that there was only 1 box shipped. There was no indication from the seller that the entire item was not shipped. The seller's shipment tracking notification indicated that it was delivered. I have contacted the seller. I will update my rating if/when I receive the entire item.EDITED TO UPDATE:Did receive the 2nd box which was delayed by FedEx (no fault of the seller). Would've been very helpful though if seller had indicated that there were 2 separate shipments and given both tracking numbers originally. The structure of the pergola is great, and I would've given 5 stars on the frame based on initial opinion. Just installed this weekend (attached to our deck) so I'm anxious to see how it holds up over time. It rained last night and there were no leaks in the roof so far. It was not hard to put together if you follow the instructions closely. It did take several hours for my husband & myself to complete, but no complaints because it seems very well made and very sturdy. There were a few of the structure pieces that the roof shingles slide into that the slots were slightly bent closed, so we had to pry them back open a little to allow the shingles to slide in. No big deal - just used a flat head screwdriver and it was very easy. The reason I dropped my rating to a 3 is due to the curtains. There are no instructions for installing them. We opted not to use the mesh and only use the curtains. They were a huge pain to install, and I still don't see how they could possibly be correct. The only mention in the instructions related to hanging them is earlier in the process of putting the frame together it instructs to put 14 of the "hangers" in the track of the frame on the 2 longer sides, and 12 of them on the 2 shorter sides. The frame is then completely put together, so there's no going back to change the number of hangers later without taking the entire thing back apart. We got completely to the end of the included instructions, and there was no mention at all on how to install the curtains. We opened them to find that all 4 curtain panels were the exact same length (so they're too long on the shorter sides of the frame, and too short on the longer sides), and each panel has 13 grommet holes at the top, so I can not figure out why they said to put 14 hangers and 12 hangers. We had to just skip a hole on the 2 shorter sides and have an extra hanger on the longer sides - with the curtain too short to reach the ends. It was difficult getting the grommets of the curtains onto the hangers. My husband had to use needle nose pliers to squeeze the hanger together in order to push the grommet on. Also, the "hangers" do NOT easily slide along the track. They stick easily and you have to maneuver each one individually to get them to slide. The track design is very poor, as the decorative corner brackets on the frame actually block the hangers from sliding on the track. We're still playing with the curtains trying to make them work. It looks great when they're gathered to the corners with the ties, but it is not easy at all to slide the panels closed. Overall, I'm happy with the structure of the pergola and hopefully we can make the curtains work okay for our purposes.

Save time by laying everything out first!
The product was exactly what it represented itself as and at a price far below like products. There are a lot of parts but easily assembled. I actually built it in quarter sections indoors by myself and with the help of 1 other person for less than an hour was able to assemble it outdoors. All told I probably spent 8 hours on the project - 7 by myself. I think the biggest help was to open up the boxes and separate all of the parts checking to make sure nothing was missing and to put them where I could easily find them. I believe that really helped in saving time putting it together. The only tricky part has to do with the track for the netting and canvas and making sure you put the correct number of hangars in each side of the track to support the net and the canvas. Being careful here will save you a boatload of time and rework. We just had 50 mile an hour wind blow through for two days and everything stayed in place. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
