Don Juan Manchego Wheel cheese Aged 12 months ~ 6.5lb to 6.8lb

Absolutely the best aged 12 months for flavor sealed to keep from drying out. A great cheese from Spain enjoyed in a six and a half reel at a great price. Costco carries a similar Manchego more expensive and aged half as much. I haven't talked to anyone that doesn't love this cheese or the price. If you worry about this being too much 6.7 lbs don't it goes quickly. The reel comes encased keeping it from drying out actually two coatings one part of the cheese the other for travel. I have bought two reels from this vendor and plan for another, no complaints.

I ordered the Manchego but was sent another brand, it was not the Don Juan producer as pictured.
