Bols Parfait Amour is a beautiful dark purple liqueur flavoured with flower petals (principally roses and violets) and vanilla, together with orange peel and almonds. The Parfait Amour liqueur flavour, which has superseded Creme de Violette, is centuries old. It is a delicious Dutch liqueur and it does not fail to taste a bit like turkish delight.
