Arrived as promised and as expected. Relatively easy to assemble and appears well up to the task. If I was being picky I would comment that the user manual is confusing and sometimes disjointed. The information relating to the display unit is strangely detached from the rest of the instruction, at the back of the handbook. I would advise future buyers to track down the online version which is a 100% improvement. At the time of writing I haven’t managed to pair up the app with the rower, but that may be user error at this stage. I’ll keep trying.The advertising blurb on the Amazon web page is a little unclear. Batteries (for the display unit) are included and it’s worth noting that you do actually get the heart rate belt included with your unit. Separately that would cost £20-£30 so I’m not sure why they don’t make more of it!Sturdy, fit for purpose and good value for money; recommended.Quick edit a couple of days of use to remark that the app pairing works well. 2 weeks in and still very pleased with the purchase. However, the app is next to useless. Really poor and ineffectual. Surely there must be better out there? I’ve looked and can’t find anything but I’m going to go on searching; the app does no justice to the equipment and frankly I’m probably better off without it.

We ordered this rowing machine as it seemed to be the best value for money with some good reviews. Although the machine itself is fantastic and we use it nearly every day, the only issue we have is the screen quality and connectivity. The only App we can find or is suggested is useless. It is named as the one to use in the back of the manual but it can only be used for trampolining and jogging so is useless for rowing. The other issue is that it is in Chinese so cannot be understood by Brits anyway! We have tried countless way to conned our phones to the screen with no luck. A different App has been suggested, which is also useless as in a different language. If we bought another machine I'm not sure we would have gone for this one but saved for a more expensive machine.

The machine itself is great - it was easy enough to assemble, and feels really robust. Only niggles are that the feet squeak on a hardwood floor and the resistance dial is counter-intuitive, so I've occasionally gone the wrong way.Quick update now I've had it for a month -For the feet & dial - a rubber mat fixed one and familiarity the other.It's the first time I've used a rower with magnetic resistance rather than a fan / fly-wheel - very impressed with how smooth it is.

If you are very limited on space then this is the one for you as it is short and easy to store. The mechanism is smooth and not noisy too. So why am I not very impressed?... Draw length is too short, it is flimsy and cheap feeling, it creaks a lot (so is in fact noisy if you have neighbours), it slides around unless you are on a carpet (even with an exercise mat underneath) and the computer thing that comes with it is useless as is the heart monitor. If you have the space, go for a proper one. If you are tight on space then with a bit of adaption to engineer over its faults it can be the right one for you.

Parcel been damage and washers been missing. I bought washers from B&Q. Look not high quality monitor and confusing also app not good enough explaining how to start first time

The machine was relatively easy to assemble, but the instructions for using the screen were poor and rather badly translated into English. It took me quite a while to work out how to get the screen to actually show what I wanted - and it still does not show calories used, which was one of the reasons for its purchase and it promised to do that. The foot rest is further away than the most forward position of the pull-bar - which means that it does NOT correctly simulate rowing because you cannot reach far enough forwards. I contacted the seller, twice, and all I have had in response is the text of my first mail sent straight back with absolutely zero comment and no promise of any further response. My second mail has not been answered at all. Frankly I am disappointed and could not recommend either the machine or the seller. Next time, if there is one, I will not buy German.

Very good product for women. Not sure about men. For this price, the power can't compare to Concept 2 for sure. But in general, it's good to use at home everyday/week during lockdown, I've been using it for months, still does the work well. Highly recommend. Easy to assemble as well, can find the instruction videos on YouTube easily.It's a shame the kinomap app is not free for this purchase, But can try for 14 days for free. But the app helps me to find John the instructor and i found his RowAlong videos very useful to use this machine. Also recommend to row with his videos and his plans! Hope you all have a healthy lockdown! Keep working out!
