Lacoste Mens Bayliss Sneaker

I actually think these shoes look fantastic, however my right shoe has a major issue/defect. Underneath one of the laces, there's a flap and the stitching underneath that flap has created an incredibly painful protrusion. I tried multiple times to see if I could undue what I imagined was some bunched up string where the sewing was, or if I could wear away the bump -- but to no avail. It makes wearing theses shoes for longer than 15 minutes a grueling endeavor. Really sad that's the case because this issue doesn't affect the left shoe whatsoever.

Good shoe for a casual dress up evening with dress jeans. It's very lightweight but not very comfortable so I don't recommended for walking on them for extended periods of time. It has a very flat sole with minimal cushion so if you do plan on walking on them for long periods of time in then I recommend investing in some good insoles. They're made for looks not for walking a lot in. A lot of reviews say it's very narrow but I have no issues. I mainly wear dress shoes so I guess my foot is used to a narrow fit. My only complaint is that they are SQUEAKY. To the point that it's almost embarrassing to walk in in quiet places. You'll bring in a lot of attention (wearing them at a museum was a mistake) I tried some leather conditioner to soften the shoe and it helped some so I'm hoping the squeaking subsides some more as I break them in. Despite this, I plan on buying these again in the navy color.

Pros:Look great!Seem comfortable (for the style) when it comes to the bottom of my foot and walking around.Cons. SUPER narrow and too long. I had to get 2 sizes smaller than I usually wear to get the length right.I am picky about the appearance of my shoes so I am hoping to stretch them out over time so they don't hurt my feet so badly. Tempted to buy a shoe stretcher.If you have a medium-wide foot save yourself time and effort and get something else.

These Lacoste Bayliss sneakers are a very nice style and match was is pictured on the site. The price offered was better than expected for similar quality fashion sneakers. The issue was size and comfort. I wear an 11 and these were very tight. I tried to wear them for several hours to break them in without luck. While the size from heal to toe was efficient they were generally tight all around. My recommendations is look at a 1/2 size larger.

I've owned one other pair of Lacoste and these weren't as nice as the others. (last pair I owned was Lacoste Europa 417 1 Sport) These were a bit tighter on the top of my foot and had an odd flap that kind of dug into the top of my foot. Note: My foot is a bit wider then the standard "Medium", but not too much.Shoe looked nice though.

I was initially put off by the squeaking sound that others had mentioned. Upon investigating where the sound was coming from, I found that it comes from the tongue rubbing up against the inside of the sides of the shoe around the rim. To my surprise after I simply rubbed the area with my fingers lightly the sound went away. I can only assume the natural oils from your skin get into the material and stop the friction that causes the squeak.Other than the sound (which is now gone after 1 minute), this is a great shoe. Looks very stylish and fits just as I expected. It's actually very comfortable as well.

Make a more comfortable shoe....They look worse than the picture TBH, but the comfort level is the worst problem. I have rarely tried on a less comfortable shoe. I just used with Amazon wardrobe, so long term I cannot comment on, but first impressions were very bad.

This is one of those cases where I have to wonder if all the positive reviews were paid for because these shoes are supremely uncomfortable. The crush my toes, the inside stiching keeps rubbing and hurting them, and the cheap plastic finish inside is uncomfy and scratches the back of my heels making them bleed. Such a shame since they look so damn amazing.

These Lacoste shoes look great and catch people's eyes if you keep them clean. I recommend using leather protector. I applied some before wearing them and the first time I put them on, getting out of the car I scuffed the top of one of the shoes pretty badly but it came off with a little mild soap, a paper towel and elbow grease (not actual grease).Reason for 4 stars is that they're not that comfortable. Definitely need insoles but the part of your foot touching the top of the shoe isn't that comfy, might just need to be broken in to.

I was skeptical with ordering these shoes online without first trying them on. But with an unexpected blowout on my last pair of shoes I was in dire need of a quick replacement. My feet are a bit on the wide side but these shoes fit perfect! 10.5 is my shoe size and I'm often stuck with purchasing shoes oversized due to shoes not having 1/2 sizes so I'm glad I was able to order a size that fit me perfectly! These blue leather shoes are perfect for work in the office or casual shoes outside of work!
