The media could not be loaded.  No-one likes being ripped off like this, so I'm going to be brutally honest. Really loved the design and ordered, it said last piece was really excited for it... arrived in usual time, when opened it was like packed in a bean bag...with a lot of beans...stuck together... flying across the room... hazardous for pets etc. I checked all the pieces to see if they are intact, they seemed fine. I put it in the cabinet and took it out today to use...washed and wiped and noticed a line that ran through the entire cup, first I thought it was glue from the tape, I checked it properly and found that the entire cup is damaged.... two pieces were put back together with glue. Now this is not cool. I missed this big crack because of crores of small thermacoal balls stuck to the glue on this cup in the first place and it is so fine... except for that chipped part at the bottom. Was going to order other sets...but now... never ever am I going to buy anything from them... Not cool.

I had purchased the Swirling Safari set and returned it THRICE. That is, three times I got at least one of the cups with defects. I think the manufacturers are adding one defective cup or saucer with every set.The cup and saucers are a delight to look at - elegant, classy and artsy; the print isn't very sharp but acceptable for ceramic.However, the quality control is bad (or worse, deliberate). One of the cups in each of the three orders had visible particles that got fired in the kiln and turned black. Against the bright white of the ceramic interior of the cup, these defects stand out very visibly and look like dirt particles. These are not simple blemishes, but largish dark globs stuck to the surface, protruding inwards in the liquid area. Look like burnt coriander seeds against the white.I shudder to imagine guests thinking we have served them tea in unwashed or dirty cups. That would be a disaster. Whatever beauty these cups bring to the table is destroyed by the visible dark stuff stuck to the inner sides.Would I recommend to buy? Only if you feel lucky. Else, it would be emotionally draining to open the package, love the set, but hate that one piece and be forced to either live with it haunted by the thought of a guest double guessing what that dark thing in the cup is, or return/exchange it.

Beautiful prints and shape. Initially they sent a cup with another design, and I sent it back asking for this particular one. It would have been better if the size was slightly bigger. The size is that of a standard cup and saucer that comes with a dinner set.

The cups and saucers are so pretty and different from the monotonous flowers or prints usually used. The print is bright and as expected. I haven't used the cups yet but the size is just about right for a normal cup of tea to serve guests. I love it!! Thanks Amazon!

The packaging was superb. The cups look great but the shade or colour is not as dark as the photo. It is one shade lighter, i wish the colour was same then i would have give 5 star. But looks nice and traditional.

Nice design, however one cup have gross print defec, one cup resonating like a crack one. Disappointed for sure.
