Nickelodeon Sunny Day POP-In Style Hair Charm Rox Doll

My daughter loved adding this to her collection.

A cute, small sized doll with lots of accessories.The doll is smaller than my adult female hand- if I rest her feet on the base of my hand the top of her head comes to the first bend in my fingers.She has long hair right down to her boots, her hair is straight with a few waves in it, it can be brushed with the small blue brush in the pack, however it is prone to getting messy and I would advise a quick, neat plait before packing her into a toy box, to save it from becoming messy and matted.Her skirt can be removed but her top and tights are painted on.She has plenty of pretty hair charms- blue star, lime star, pink sparkly flower, purple sparkly flower and a rainbow hair clip all of which can be fitted into the special hole in her head, these can not be used on your /your child’s hair as they are a special peg type fitting rather than a standard clip. This is a little disappointing for my little one who likes to share accessories with her Barbies and can regularly be found with her dolls hair clips/colours etc in her hair.She is ideal for little ones who like small hand sized toys rather than larger ones and will be especially pleasing to anyone who likes styling hair.Her small size means she is good as a take out toy as she will fit into a small bag.Little one loves her and that is what counts.

......but that's my fault for not paying attention whilst reading such! i was definitely of the mind that it looked like a 30cm doll, which would have been more appropriate for a newly turned 3 year old. however, 15cm, in my opinion is too small for this age, the accessories being smaller than i imagined, i would say contravenes the recommended age as detailed. this is not my fault, and i will be withholding the doll due to my concerns (or at least the accessories!).in itself, the doll is a fine toy for youngsters (well over 3), the main attraction being the facility to style her hair. to this a brush is supplied along with (the very small) hair adornments and a colourful hair extention - a fairly new twist on a toy of long standing, and tied in to the 'nickelodeon' kids' t.v. programme, 'sunny day', should make it a popular one. there are several others in the series if collecting is the aim, tho' for the size, it is mibbe a bit pricey (the reverse of thinking it a bargain for a bigger doll), this would depend on the interests of the child concerned.as i said, it's a perfectly fine toy, but i'd mibbe add a year to the age recommendation.

This doll is based on the Nickelodeon TV series and isn't too bad a representation of the "Rox" character and she comes in the cardboard and plastic box.She’s very bright and cheery in her clothes, which match those worn on the shows. The doll is slightly smaller than I expected, but like a lot of dolls at this price. I would say that her head looks a bit too big. There’s nice long hair to play with and style and you get a brush and hairpins in the set to help do this – these are quite small and prone to getting lost or sucked up by the vacuum cleaner.Having two daughters of my own and purchased similar items in the past, this isn’t a bad little set, but the finish on the dolls body is no that great. This is a small doll that looks a bit like Moanna. She hs really long dark hair. She comes with a tiny hairbrush and several hair decorations. These are all pretty small so not suitable for children who are still putting objects in their mouths.This doll is one of series so the child can collect them all and play with them as a set. This is a doll that is small enough to carry it around so a handy one for popping ina day bag or taking in the car.

Smaller than I imagined. Nonetheless a cute little doll for my niece to play with. She will love the dolls long flowing locks and the hair accessories.

This is one of the dolls from the series of the very famous program" Sunny Day " witch every girl adores.Rox is one of Sunny's best friend ( the other one being Blair) helping each other and creating beautifully hairstyles each time. The size of this doll is just perfect ( 15 cm ) will think is to small but no is just what little girls needs,comes with a good sized hair brush , a rainbow hair extension and 4 little cute accessories ( 2 stars and 2 flowers) in different colors so u can style her lovely locks .The doll has pretty shoes and a lovely skirt which easily can be taken off. The really interesting part at the doll is the idea of 6 holes in her head so can place the accessories and style different( 3 holes at the very back of the head, 3 in the middle and 3 in the front ) . My daughter ( nearly 4 years old )just loves her , she even learned how to make a plait practicing with her hair every day . Also being small u can easily pop it in a bag or take it in a car ( both happened with my daughter) .A great toy that can develop role play , language and speech skills and gross motor skills, definitely recommend keeping busy little ladies!
