Frozen Elsa Bookbag Backpack Back to School Travel

I loved the backpack/size. 2 things wrong with it when I received it. The smell and the straps. Smell was very strong. I literally aired it out with both zippers opened for about 2 days and I could still smell it after but not as strong. Where the straps meet the buckle to adjust it to make it longer or shorter for your child wasn’t together. The buckle itself was too big for the straps. Myself putting it together was work not like taking it out of box and use right away. Putting the straps together with a buckle that was too big for the backpack took some YouTube work. The straps slip out of the buckle so I had to sew it a bit to stay in place after trying several different ways of tightening it. Overall my daughter loves it. Shipping, I expected 2 plus weeks to receive it and received it about 4 days early. Shipping from China to Texas.
