1 lump or 2....
I tried inserting these in a sports bra, turned them every which way, tried different angles and positions, and it didn't matter what I did, it looked like I had 2 lumps on each breast. The "padded" part was quite firm and uncomfortable.

They make things weird
I just wanted an insert that I could take out and put in all of my sport bras, for coverage, but this wants to be more than that. The bump on it makes things weird and I have no idea if it is just wrong for anyone, if I’m putting them in wrong, or if I need to be a smaller cup size for it to work properly. This would have been great if it had the same size throughout, but the unwanted bump makes it unusable for me.

Uncomfortable
I needed these for a Halloween costume. They’re extremely uncomfortable. They seem to stick to you and make spots on your skin. I’m sure they’re breathable. But not worth the misery.

Not worth it
Really small and awkwardly shaped. This is not meant for adults. Originally purchased for swim wear, and they are waterproof but too awkwardly shaped to actually use
