great, I cannot find difference between original that I bought with my laptop and this item, works perfect.

If you have issues with the cable, make sure you push it in all the way.When I first used this power cable, I was getting an error message about it not being an authorized power supply and that the computer would run in reduced power mode. I would have been happy at that point regardless because it was a new to me PC that I didn't know if it work fully. I did find that if I push the cable in all the way, the message didn't show up. There's no click or latch to let you know it's fully in and it's a little loose in the port, but it does run the PC at full speed.I'd recommend this cable if you just need a cheap solution to see if it works, or the PC isn't going to be moved much to even plug things in.

I purchased this 180W AC Adapter Charger for an old Dell Precision M6600 together with a new battery. It charges the battery reliably, although it charges more slowly than the 240W version.

This is a "works or doesn't" item. It works, as described for a good price. I'd buy again.

I bought this months ago and just now noticed that it's definitely not charging my laptop. Sure, it'll allow my computer to run, but it's not powerful enough to actually charge the battery.
