ConverseMen's Jack Purcell Gold Standard Leather Oxfords

I wore converse, all-star, tennis shoes, most of my childhood and adolescent years. Loved them back then and love them now. Perfect fit comfortable and at a decent price compared to retail stores in town. Delivery was on time as expected.

Converse is such a versatile shoe which can be worn with just about anything. However they do run large. I have purple a pair from different stores and each time they were too big. I wear an 11 but I have been purchasing a 10. I will continue to buy them. I just needed to get the size correct when ordering online.

Truly fits the same size that you would get at a Converse store or other retail store.

This was a gift and already new shoe size but when I got these she got blisters within 20 min. So be careful maybe order a half size bigger I guess

If you have ever worn chuck taylors you know that they run large, so I guess they run true to size for Chuck Taylors but big for the size that they actually are labelled. I normally wear a wide 11 or medium 12 (mens) or wide 12, medium 13 or 14 (women) depending on the shoe, and the 11 men's/women's 13 fit me fine. If you are looking at sizing and are unsure about whether it is for men or women size, you can usually tell by the width (B for medium women width, and D for medium men width) so an 11(D) would be a men's 11 women's 13 and a 11(B) would be a women's 11, mens 9. Most amazon sellers are good about giving both sizes, but this helped me out with a purchase through another website. Super comfy shoes and I just love the variety in patterns available. Super comfy, but if you have arch trouble, these can be a bit of a pain. They also tend to rub your heel until they are broken in, but are good after that!

We usually order 12’s - they were way to long. So we sent them back and got 11’s , those were a bit long. We maybe should have got a 10. They run long

Product arrived quickly and well packaged. Product was fine, it was the correct size as expected and the Mrs was very happy with them.

Good price but very narrow fitting

The shoes are great. I'd beware though if you have wide feet or slightly wider than average feet - definitely try them on first if this is the case. My feet are slightly wider than you average and they pinch my little toes a bit while I'm breaking them in. Apart from that, really comfortable and don't rub which for me is a miracle as virtually every pair of shoes I have ever bought rub at first and some just never stop rubbing ever. These aren't like that. I bought these as a replacement for my first pair - I didn't get especially long life out of them - the soles etc were all fine but I'd worn away the inside. Since they are fairly cheap, this doesn't really bother me. I'm just happy to have found something that is comfortable for me. Recommended.
