Increased Health
I will forever now take these capsules. Some of the effects/changes I've seen: increase concentration, don't have to hit the snooze alarm, I wake right up, decrease in appetite, stomach is shrinking, speach pattern is much better, having a bowel movement after every meal, and more energy. I have NOT seen a difference in my skin, still have a little acne. I'm also taking Elderberry syrup with the herbs. I have been reaching my glucose targets since taking the herbs.

Working good
I am feeling good. I have started this treatment in the last 10 days and I am loosing about 4 pounds. I am using the restroom 5-6 times per day.The capsules smell strong but are working.Now 3/24/20 I've received my second order but the bottle do not has expiration date and also did not say how many capsules it has.

Take 4 and with food starting off.
Strong stuff. The smell is sharp. I feel better throughout the day with them than without them. BUT...I recommend starting off with 4 capsules. With a full stomach. On an empty stomach, I took 5 and this stuff ran right through me like coffee! LOL I can say for sure it cleaned out my system, just take with food. There were no instructions on the bottle except to take 4-5 daily, in my defense. But still, avoid that experiment I did.
