HUL Pureit Germkill Kit for Classic 23 L Water Purifier - 3000 L

After using 6 months it's battery is still full. I think I got either spurious or faulty product. HUL should look in to this matter. I think I am consuming dirty water since I installed this battery. HUL/seller of this product should giver replacement immediately. I think it's like playing with our health

I was very much impressed with the price I got it for. In the market it cost around Rs 950/- and when I ordered it here I got bank discount and other Amazon cashback offers. I loved the product for the price I paid. The product is same as you buy in any other local market. The water tasted very good and it was very easy to install. Installation guide is also provided in the box if you need any help with the installation of the product.

This item which is delivered to me is a very old product and it is sold after repackaging. After using it I can say the quality of water is very bad and it creates lot of stomach problems to my entire family. I can not return this product because it was purchased 2-3 months back and it was kept in my stock. As per the policy of Amazon I can not return it because it was time barred. But I hope Amazon will check the quality of its product before delivering it to the customers.

Seller cheated us by selling already used material. Tested the water using TDS meter. Before pouring the TDS water level is 270 and after filteration it is 400. Tested for 1 week in different ways but it shows the same problem. The seller packed already used item nicely and sold it.Again i bought a new Kit in offline and tested the same now i can see TDS water level reduced to 130. Please dont buy any water purification kit online because we dont know how to differentiate the new one and used one. Avoid completely buying any water purification kit online.

As soon as we installed the battery, and other parts, we put the water in it,, usually the water takes good time to reach the lower part of the pureit after going through the purification process, but this time we noticed something strange, the water reached the lower part of pureit within 10 minutes hardly, and the lower part got filled with it... Then when we opened the tap of pureit and poured the water in glass, there was some slight change in color and a sharp unpleasant stinky smell. . Then we boiled the water taken from the pure it , which we used to do usually these days because of covid threat, but this time it turned deep yellow , after boiling with a very bad smell and taste just like petrol . I have attached the pictures along.. This is a a clear cheating towards the customers, sending damaged and fake products is not justified. I need my money back..I am disappointed. Also the parts were so black and dirty and a dark black liquid kept coming out till late from the parts. Dont purchase it ..highly disappointed.
