I was looking for a basketball hoop to hang in a trampoline, so weight was an important factor. I would have got a Sklz mini hoop, but I've had one previously and they are pretty heavy.This was a good substitute for what I was trying to do. The backboard is a little flimsy, the rim is metal. The rim to backboard ratio is pretty off (the rim is very large for how big the backboard is) but that is to my benefit since kids will be shooting into it on a trampoline. I'm happy so far with the hoop. Will update if it breaks or something quickly.

I got this mini basketball toy set for my one-year-old son since he loves to play and throw balls around now. This toy set comes with a pump, one mini-basketball, and the mini goal backboard. The mini-basketball is smaller and lighter than a regular basketball, but just the right size for my son's hand and he can hold it with one hand and throw it forward easily. When I play this mini basketball, I find that it can bounce much higher than other balls with a similar size. Therefore, it is pretty interesting to play this mini basketball. Currently, I have the backboard on the side of my desk, which is not too high for my son to play it. However, he has not learned to put the mini-basketball into the basketball hoop at his age but simply loves to throw the basketball around in the room. I think that it will be more fun for him when he knows how to play the basketball game later.

This basketball hoop comes with very inadequate instructions on the front of the box. It boasts "Easy Assembly" but it took 2 adults at least a half hour to put it together. Also, the hooks that keep the net on the rim turn after each ball is shot so you have to adjust the net each time so it hangs down properly. There was a picture of a pump with a plastic needle on the front of the box but no packing list so we weren't sure if the needle was left out during packaging. By chance we found it stuck inside the handle of the pump when it fell out! I bought this to hang on a door but because of the design the door has to be open to use it. The backboard seems sturdy enough but the other parts are very cheap plastic. If I had to do it over I would buy something different. Overall disappointed with purchase.

I got this basketball hoop specifically because it looked like I would be able to put it in my baby gate. Absolutely works that way! I attached photos showing the way it holds up. I had to use the screws that would go into a door to rest on the baby gate. It worked out perfectly and my little man loves dunking on it.

My older son, is so excited That We Finally buy for him a door basketball hoop. His favorite sport is actually basketball. He loves to play with his friends, but now unfortunately he cant go yet. So we decided to buy for him a door basketball hoop. Love the quality. Great affordable price. Truly recommend. Very durable

Bought this over the door Basket ball Hoop based on the good reviews & video. I would have to agree. It is every sturdy & stays put.

It's a pretty good product; sturdy and durable. I have a 2 and 6 year old that are NOT gentle with it and it's held up great. The assembly directions were practically nonexistent but i figured it out. My only complaint is that the 'hooks' that hang it on the door are really thick so i cant close the door when its on, which seems to defeat the purpose but we use it anyway and overall we like it!

This just got delivered to my house. Every other purchase that I bought this holiday season has come in an Amazon box. This was supposed to be a gift for my husband but it was delivered just like it shows in the picture. My husband went and got the mail so saw one of his gifts. Big Bummer!
