First of all, the picture shows the drone as several times the size of the controller. It's not, It's about half the size of the controller. That's a lie.This stupid thing is so small that it's impossible to even see how to orient the battery connector, and you have to do it right or it breaks.This is a worthless POS, and it's nothing short of a lie.I'm throwing this back at the seller, and whoever is reading this who works at Amazon needs to get off their butt and stop merchants from lying to customers.

So the first one I got I had issues. It may have been more me but they responded immediately and sent me a new one. The new one is flying through our house and flipping. We are having a blast with it. 5 stars for customer service and 5 because it’s really cool and fun once you figure it out.

Update: we immediately received an email from the company offering a complete replacement. We received it a couple days later and all pieces were in the box. My son loves it. Thank you.We ordered this for my son’s birthday. He opened it on his birthday and was very excited. Come to find out it’s missing several pieces. No charger, no batteries for the drone (not the controller, I know those aren’t included), no instructions. Needless to say he was very disappointed that he couldn’t even play with his new toy on his birthday.

This is a very good drone for a beginner like me.It is easy to use once you learn what all the buttons are for. I did have to label all the buttons so I could remember which one to push when needed.Really fun to fly.

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter and paid $21.00 after Amazon employee discount. The battery packs in the drone die really quickly. The package has 1 spare.Went through both batteries in 3 days. 1st battery in 2 days. 2nd battery the third day.This drone did not have instructions.It does have a good flip. It makes really loud beeping noises when you turn on the controller until the drown is on.

I bought it for my nephew's birthday. He is 8 and my niece is 10. Their dad and mom are 40. Everyone was "flying" with the drone as soon as they received it and they were so happy!I sent it to Russia via Amazon. It took sometime to let it go through Russian custom (a week).Seeing via Skype how all family is "flying" with this UFO was a lot of fun!

This is one amazing product and my son loves it. Controls are easy to learn and I love the LED lights. Will definitely buy more of these in future since they’d make wonderful gifts
