I have a lot of tile floor in the house, but a few 8x10 rugs that Clymen does not like. These rugs are pretty thin but the robot stops after a few feet and says its wheel is stuck. The mop part folds under when it goes on the rug and I think that is what makes it think its wheel is stuck. Also, it works for a few minutes then stops. I have to wake it up and make it go back to work or to the charging base. I use it with Alexa, which is convenient, but often use the app on my phone (also a pain to set up because of the poor instruction booklet). It does have a pretty good suction, but I do not believe the sweeping bristles are going to last long.Update: stopped working. Would spin in circles for a while then drive off and hibernate. Decided to return it.

It really does a great job on hard surfaces though. Customer service is weak... Responded only after an official amazon email went through. still have not received confirmation on spare parts or extended warranty...Edit: 01/08/2020So after having this thing for about 6 months and cleaning once a week, not only are the brushes crap now but the battery life dropped by 50%! Customer service NEVER sent my original request for replacement brushes that they said would come free. All they did was apologies and kept saying they fired the last person who had the job. All in all... For $200+ I expected a better product and waaaaaay better customer service... Save your money and get a different smart vac cause Clymen is NOT it!

This is my first robotic vacuum cleaner and I am really glad that I gave it a try. First of all, this cleaner is at a reasonable price, a lot cheaper than an i robot and I am pretty sure the way they work are the same. Secondly, this robotic vacuum is powerful, has a great suction, it cleans up hair and debris very well as I can tell by how much dirt it collected after cleaning out the dust bin. And I love how it will easily clean some hard to reach surfaces like under the couch and the corners which is a pain for me if I am cleaning it myself. I am thankful for this robotic vacuum and this is definitely a good purchase.

This little robot has saved me so much time. It is a very good job of cleaning. The only problem that I have is that sometimes it gets stuck underthings and sometimes it misses areas. It's very easy to operate and set up. When it needs to charge it docks itself and finds the dock pretty easy.

The concept is wonderful. I did not like the fact that there were no rollers for cleaning. The WiFi connection is slower not adaptable to a higher speed yet. I did return it. Online manual great!

If I could go back and not buy it, I would go back. It won't connect to any WiFi but 2.4 ghz. It wonders aimlessly and can barely find the docking station.

Vacuum cannot find its way around and gets stuck all the time. It bumped into things repeatedly, pushing kitchen chairs around. Runs into walls, sending it off track. Cannot get back to docking station when told to do so from 3 feet away. No provision to direct the unit to clean a particular room. Unit lacks a rotating brush so could not clean well if it could find its way around.

Gets stuck all the time, vacuums the same area over and over, rarely responds to the remote and has a hard time returning to base.But, inspite of that it has great suction, cost was great.
