Absolutely beautiful!
Absolutely beautiful!The quality, comfort, color and style is exactly what I wanted. The delivery, the tracking of the package, timing, etc. Did not disappoint. I highly recommend this store. ❤❤

Horrible quality. Missing parts. Damaged parts.
Damaged and difficult to assemble. Also missing the wooden support leg for the center. Bent and dented metal frame and broken wood frame.

LAZY DELIVERY PEOPLE; THE BUTTONS AROUND THE SOFA SEAT ARE FALLING OFF.
THEY BROUGHT THE SOFA WITHOUT SETTING THE DELIVERY DATE, I WAS AT WORK WHEN THEY CAME, THEY CALLED ME SAYING THAT THE SOFA DOES NOT FIT INTO THE ELEVATOR, SO THEY LEFT IT DOWNSTAIRS, I WAS NOT ABLE TO EVEN ACCEPT IT, SO WHEN I CAME BACK HOME I FOUND OUT THAT MY SOFA FITS INTO THE ELEVATOR EASILY AND THE DELIVERY GUYS WERE ABLE TO BRING IT UPSTAIRS WITH NO PROBLEM. THE DELIVERY WAS REALLY NOT CONVENIENT. NOW AFTER 2 DAYS SOME BUTTONS FROM THE SEAT ARE FALLING OFF. BESIDES ALL THESE TROUBLES THE SOFA LOOKS NICE, I REALLY LIKE IT.

Cheap quality and the base was not aligned to the couch.
It was very cheap quality the base did not allaign with couch. The fabric is cheap and thin, the buttons are loose. I had to return it.

Disappointing
Ordered 2 then gave up. The first sofa I ordered was dropped off the truck by the delivery men and extremely damaged but appeared to have been built very well. The second seems to have been a replica. It was very poorly made. The fabric on the sides was very loose and there was no padding. If you touch the sides and back of the sofa it sinks in because literally nothing at all is behind it. I was so frustrated and disappointed. I literally have a sofa that you can only look at considering there is absolutely nothing underneath the fabric. The color is very beautiful though. Had it been made better I would've purchased the matching chairs.
