It works and worked quickly!
I got this as both of my dogs would bark every morning at 4 AM when my early rising neighbors would let out their dogs - they wanted to play! It became obsessive and the kids woke up and no one could go back to sleep. I could not take it anymore and ordered this. It makes a beep sound when I turn on every night and the dogs notice that. I think each of them barked once and first night and that was it! They learned so fast. I take it off each morning and have a rule it only goes on when they go to sleep at night and is not allowed on at any other time. The only thing is I cannot figure out how to get off shock mode and into vibrate and beep mode only. However the shock is nothing, just a tiny tingle. Life is better now!

I love this collar.
Four years ago, my brother was given an adult beagle. The man who handed her over said he had two many beagles; that she was a young dog, and since my brother had been wanting a beagle, we thought this was very nice of him. As a week went by, she began to come out of her shell, and we began to understand why she was free.Belle is not housetrained and refuses to be so. She runs off into the woods at all hours if not carefully supervised, and cannot be trained otherwise. She's not a praise- or food- motivated dog; she wants to run and bark at things. Which is great. And because Dad feels it's cruel to leave her tied up, he releases her when he goes to work. At five in the morning.I usually spend my mornings hiking into the woods, retrieving a stupid beagle before someone gets too irritated and decides to shoot her. Unfortunately, this has not endeared me to her (nor her to me, really) and because beagles tend to obey only if they really, really like you, she's about as obedient as a.... no, actually, my cats come on command. She's as obedient as your average fish.On top of this, when she is where she's supposed to be, she likes to lay out in the yard and bark. At nothing, as far as we can see. She just sits there and barks to herself. And she has the true hound-dog bark, a sort of alto yodel that can be heard half a mile away, through the woods. This collar has solved all of those problems.Apparently, running off into the woods just isn't as much fun if you can't bark. Picking fights with dogs three times your size isn't as fun if they can't be threatened. She's gaining sorely-needed weight, has a quarter as many ticks as normal, is more affectionate (apparently, life's pretty boring when you're not running off into the woods, so humans become more interesting) and she's not habitually disobeying anymore, so my efforts at training her are actually making some progress.I love this collar. And I'm using it at the least sensitive setting, on vibrate only. Not the best thirty bucks I've ever spent, but definitely up there.

Broke after 3 days
It worked great for the first 3 days.. Then it would randomly not work. The shock feature does not work at all. The vibration feature would be activated by other dogs barking, but would not trigger from the dog's barking. DO NOT BUY

Don't have to use the shock feature
Got this collar for my little guy with a big bark, I'm against shocking dogs so I haven't used the shock feature but the vibration feature so far has been working nicely in signaling to my boy that he shouldn't bark. The beeping before the vibration helps alert him and us and overall it works pretty good! Was pretty simple to understand the settings and setting it up and charging it so I'm pretty satisfied a few days into using this collar.Edit: changing my review to 3 stars as it hardly goes off when my dog is max level barking no matter what sensetivity its at. Supposed to go off every bark but doesnt start beeping until the 8th bark. Its a good product when it works though.

Good product
This is an easy collar to set up and is ready to use within a couple of hours of charging it. I can hear the beeps & vibration while my dog is wearing it. It does well at going off every time she barks a couple times in a row. It doesn’t phase my dog much just yet. She is very stubborn and i’m hoping that eventually she will learn from hearing the beeps when she barks. Other thanHer being difficult it’s a great product that I would recommend to anyone.

Safe Control
I have two dogs, one a young pup and one an adult. The 1st day I set up and used the bark collars, I saw the results I wanted. I set them both to beep and vibrate only and the dogs would bark a time or two, look back at the door for the house and then I'd tell them to either come or quit barking. Within two days both dogs would bark a time or two and then stop barking and watch whatever was causing them to bark in the 1st place. Just what I wanted, an alert to the presence of a passer-by, but not the extended and neighbor-irritating continuous barking. I hope it continues to operate in the same manner as I've only had them a few days now. I take them off at night when they are in the house and sometimes during the day. I believe they will soon learn to only bark a little, even while not wearing the devices.

Does not work as described.
It only beeps and I have yet to see it vibrate. The settings do not seem to adjust sensitive. And I have had these befote for my dog so I know how they work.

Nobody wants to listen too it!
Today is the second day wearing the Anti Bark collar. It’s working with the beep alone. We happen to live on a corner, giving maximum exposure to passers by. So far, he gives a bark or two, gets the audio warning and runs back to the house. Not freaked out. Just corrected, without me calling his name and clapping my hands when what I’d like to do is yell “shut the hell up!” Although, I don’t. I’m encouraged, this may just do what has been, impossible.
