I have been taking this for about 1 week now, and maybe it's all in my head, but I feel a difference. But, to he sure, I will continue this for 30 days and provide a follow up. I do feel a difference using this product. I with a very, very stressful job and heavy deadlines for many months. Before taking this my stresses sometimes caused anxiety and made it hard to concentrate on my tasks but also hard to stay motivated.After taking this I don't feel nowhere the same anxiety and don't feel panicked, but also feel more focused and in my zone, without being sleepy or tired.I'm praying this will last. By the way, the package arrived just fine.

Terrible. Does not even deserve 1 star. Every teabag wasn't sealed in the pouch. Everyone I opened had loose tea inside and the teabag was not sealed shut. I advise, Do Not Buy This Tea! Unless you want to repack in your own teabag.

I bought this tea because articles I read claim it lowers blood creatinine. I’ve been drinking one cup per day. My most resent labs show an improvement in blood creatinine levels. Is it the tea? IDK, but I’m going to continue drinking it.

This tea was very mild, and had almost zero flavor. The tea smelled a bit like cedar, and had less taste than its smell. I would not recommend this tea, and wish I had not spent the money on it. I did have wonderful schisandra berry tea in Korea.

BOX WAS SMASHED, TEA BAG TEARS WHEN OUTSIDE BAG IS OPENED, THEY ARE GLUED TOGETHER, BE CARFUL. DID NOT ENJOY TASTE.

Need to use two bags to get some flavor.

It’s great because give you stamina, wakes you up, gives you energy, keeps you focused, it’s perfect taste like lemon, too.
