Needles DO move up and down and have had great results with this. Unsure on why two other reviewers state it only vibrates because it goes up and down retracting the needles in and out of your face. It has a longer depth at 2.5 that has TREMENDOUSLY helped my deep acne scars and hyperpigmentation. It has been worth every penny and is a billion times cheaper than the Dr.Pen that gets stuck to your skin causing irritation and more breakouts than helping. I work in the lab and this product is true to it's word I would suggest buying this over any other product but I do like the 36 needles better than the 12 as it catches less on your skin and slides much smoother.

Used this for treating a hypertrophic scar and for cosmetic reasons (forehead wrinkles). It’s too soon to tell if I’m getting the value for my money, but it is an easy tool to use with great battery life.

So I wanted to give this product a chance as it was a cheaper option than some others on Amazon. Sadly, as another reviewer wrote the device is not what you are looking for when it comes to Microneedling. Normally you want one that moves the needles up and down, this one however only vibrates the needles and doesn't actually move them. It will make your face red and irritated and might slightly work, but you aren't getting the full benefit of microneedling without those needles moving. The device itself is nice and appealing to the eye and easy to use, but the whole thing is false when it doesn't work like other pens. I'd suggest paying extra and getting a good one than wasting your money on this product.

Been looking for a microneedling home system for a while, even tried a couple with so-so results. Decided to spend a little more and never looking back. Amazing product, easy to use from the first time. The system power button needs to be pressed and held for 2-3 seconds before it turns on. My favorite is that it works both wirelessly and plugged in. Order came sooner than expected. Very pleased all around!

This product did an incredible job at smoothing out those fine age lines one gets in her late 30s - at a fraction of what a similar treatment would cost at a spa. Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with those first signs of aging. Definitely read the instructions and enjoy some self care at a very reasonable price.

Since hitting 40 (I'm 41 now), I've noticed that my skin is duller and wrinkles are starting to creep in. This made my skin feel dewy after and brighter. Highly recommend if you wanna fight the aging process. Add to your arsenal and follow up with a good moisturizer. You won't regret it.

I had to try this as soon as i got it. I have other microneedle pens and this is in a class of its own. Sleek, comfortable and easy to use. Looking forward to seeing the results but definitely worth it.
