These probiotics are absolutely amazing. I have a lot of issues with my stomach and a lot of issues with my vaginal health. This has helped me greatly with bringing down bloating in my stomach and preventing bacterial vaginasis. I've even crushed it up and given it to my kids after they have a bad stomach. I've even crushed it up and given it to my dog and it's helped her with her stomach issues.

For several years I had the most terrible pain when passing stool. I went to my doctor and he noticed I had small fissures. He suggested I start using a stool softener to allow my body to heal. For months I used this, and once in a while it would help me. But I still suffered terrible pain. I couldn't sit down without immense pain. My friend advised me to eat more yogurt to help with my digestion to try to prevent my system from creating such hard and uncomfortable stool. It helped, but not consistently. I then found these tablets and I can honestly say, they have been such a relief for me! I am finally able to digest food and pass it without any problems or pain! I couldn't be more thankful! I recommend using this, in conjunction with a stool softeners and a healthy diet, for anyone who is suffering from uncomfortable stool.

Easy to swallow and they don’t taste bad. Seem to work pretty well.

This is becoming my go to probiotic. I have UC and taking this every day keeps flare ups away. Wren I do miss a couple doses, I can count on a flare up. At that point, taking these twice a day for a few days gets things settled back down. I plan to stick with these for a long as I can.They do have a smell that isn't pleasant. And they crumble easily. So they aren't something you want sitting in your mouth for long. But they do the job, and that's all that's important to me. I've used probiotics regularly for 4 years now. I would try every kind I could, looking for the one I felt worked the best. When I tried these, there was no question.
