Great food journal and stat tracker
I love this!! It’s a food journal that has a place to write in breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You can also track your water, mood and hours of sleep. In the beginning there is a page for your stats (all measurements and weight), then every week you update it. It’s really helped me stay on track! I highly recommend.

Overall a simple tracking book
I like that the book includes measurements with guide chart instead of focusing only on weight. I wish underneath the measurements or somewhere you can keep track of inches lost. Alot of space for meals and caffeine intake (which I dont really need). Wish the fitness had some space to write what you did plus a step tracker. Also space to reflect on mood and sleep. Why do I need a mood of 1-10 with no explanation? I like the shopping list even though I didnt use it but maybe needs to be able to tear out for on the go without the book?

Good book but needed better packaging
Book itself is good for tracking specifics while on fitness journey but it was shipped in only a bubble envelope and arrived damaged. I wish it wasn’t damaged.

It is a nice food journal.
This food journal is pretty. You can write what you eat four times a day. You can keep track of water intake, fruits and veggies and misc.

2019 calendar :/
It's super cute! I just wish I would have known it had a 2019 calendar instead of 2020 when I purchased it. Bummer
