A learning experience
The Product was not suitable because my printer insisted it was a used or refilled cartridge and would not print properly at all. It took me some time to investigate the problem and try different ways to sort it out but in the end I had to return it. Full marks to Amazon for facilitating a return at no cost and for stating they will give me a full refund. The problem was the product not Amazon's customer service . I have now obtained a genuine cartridge from HP direct very promptly and at a considerably lower cost than the one I foolishly and mistakenly ordered from Amazon.. Perhaps one can fault Amazon for not vetting their suppliers of printer cartridges It has wasted a lot of my time getting it right.
