I love this product... why? Well the sound is so good and the battery life is more than 2.5 hours. And they charge nice and have a amazing case. Also just like AirPods but cheaper! Get it now

Saw these on a video and the reviewer was very positive (must work for the manufacturer), so I gave it a go with my new iPhone 11. Sound quality is Ok and fine for what I do. The disappointment comes with using it for phone calls. One person could not hear me at all and the other could just barely hear me....said she could hear me better with the sound coming down the hallway as opposed to what was coming over the earbuds. Also, the controls don't seem to work reliably if at all and sometimes they just shut off, making me put them back in the case to turn back on. I also noticed the photo on the Amazon page shows a small button between the elongated hole and the indicator light. On the set I got, there is no button at all. Fortunately I only blew 15 bucks on this trash.

I bought headphones for my daughter. One earphone does not work.This is very annoying and disappointing.

Bought them for my son. Only one earbud works.
