I hosted a baby shower where I used these plates as part of the decoration/setting and the plates looked quite elegant. I also served Chinese food and they worked perfectly! These plates are very sturdy, plus they are big and hold a lot of food. I have never had one of these plates leak on me or my guests. These are very nice for everyday use, yet are nice enough to use while entertaining. The extra inch or two does make a big difference size wise.

Worth it!
I was pretty impressed with this product. Used for Christmas dinner: turkey, potatoes, gravy etc. it held up. Also microwaved left overs and the plate held up. Very impressed.

Nice looking and durable
I hosted a Christmas party for my husbands employees and because of the large number of guests, did not want to use my dishes (or have to deal with the clean up!), however I wanted something durable that looked nice. These definitely did the job! I also got the smaller, dessert/appetizer plates. While they are slightly less thick than the heavy Chinet brand, they looked nicer than them and I felt they added a bit of elegance without going overboard. Will definitely be ordering again!

sturdy and attractive
I generally use china plates for parties of up to 40, but this party was a summer party for 65 and I didn't want to be bothered with the celan up of the china. These plates were the answer, sturdy and attractive. I will continue to buy these plates over any other paper or plastic plates for large parties.

These are durable, trendy, and affordable
Chinet has nothing on these plates!! ! I don’t think I’ll buy other plates again for events! Also the small dessert plates are a perfect pairing! Only reason I put a 3 star for “easy to clean” is because (duhh) it’s disposable!

Amazing Non-Paper Plate!
I have used these plates for the past two years whenever I have a large event. They look great, are sturdy and made from sugarcane/tree-free!! Not only have I enjoyed using them, whenever I do use them my guests always comment how nice they are and want to know where I purchased them. You cannot go wrong on this one. In fact, I also used the matching salad and dessert size plates as well. Happy eating!

Nice party plate
I bought these plates for my son's birthday party and loved their contemporary look and how sturdy they were. Most of all, I appreciate the company's commitment to eco friendly products that can be composted. I wish that Amazon would carry the full line of Susty Party products which includes a variety of colors that would go well with just about any party theme.
