For me this tea has been life changing.So much cheaper than other senna products, and I have found it to be much more effective.I used to drink camomile tea before bed, now I mix both tea bags in one cup. I find the taste very pleasant.

Overnight, no chance, these take 4/6hrs for effect, and by the 1/2hr after, but they are good, 5/6mins. NO 2/3 mins.

Wouldn’t be without this. It works. I use 2 teabags in one big mug and let it steep for half an hour. 12 hours later it does what you want it to!

Je le prends depuis peut, il me semble que cela m'aide à moins gonflé au niveau du ventre, goût très bon, avoir avec le temps si vraiment de résultat évident.
