ANOTHER UPDATE: The company contacted me after I updated my review regarding the new protector cracking again. After explaining what happened they sent me another free replacement. I'm very impressed with their customer service and their dedication to make things right with me. I'll update the review again if this new replacement has issues.UPDATE: The new protector has already developed a crack in the corner. I have diligently taken extra care of it. This is now 3 protectors that have cracked, 2 without dropping them. This just seems to be a limitation of the product. I have changed my rating accordingly.———————————————————-I received this product free to try out and review since I had ordered a previous version of this protector from the company.The old one was a very nice protector and was super easy to install, but after 6+ months of use I dropped the phone while trying to put in in my bag at the airport and the protector cracked. It did it's job protecting the phone's screen though. I had no problem with this and contacted the company for a replacement. They sent me a replacement, but that one cracked after less than a month of use and as far as I know I never dropped the phone so I'm not sure why it cracked the second time. As I was shopping for a replacement protector the company offered me to try out this new version free which was a nice coincidence.The new protector looks very much the same as the previous version. The best thing about this protector is that it is super easy to install. It comes with a guide that you fit over your phone like a case so that when you put the protector on it is perfectly aligned. This is genius, as it takes the guess work out of lining up the protector just right. This is something that all screen protectors should come with.I have just installed the new one and it's a very nice protector. It feels good in your hands, there's no issues with seeing the screen through it. I just hope it will be more durable than the previous version.I will post an update if this new one cracks.

I recieved this screen protector and installed it with ease. I looked at the instructions and since I am not new to installing this type of protectors I personally installed it in a lint free environment. I was especially impressed with the guide it came with, it made it that much easier to install with out second guessing it it was aligned. The glass and all edges are snug as it should be. The texture feel smooth and responsive, the image on the screen is just as clear. I appreciate the lifetime warranty in this product, and above all how clean cut it looks and fits my S8 edge.***Update***Two months after purchase and installing the screen protector, it crack. It had a hairline crack, I submit a replacement due to it still being under warranty. I never got a reply, I address it to Amazon as well. Bottom line is that I ordered from someone else. I did not change anything from my original review, due to it being truthful. However, should your screen fall under warranty... I wish you luck for a replacement.

I absolutely loved this screen protector when I 1st put it on my phone. Super easy to apply and looked great....24hrs ago! I have a wallet phone case and apparently just closing the wallet with only 3 cards inside, which are cardboard, not plastic, gift cards at that, the screen protector is cracked. I had not dropped my phone whatsoever and it has only been laying on my nightstand and desk since I applied the screen protector. That really makes me question how well it would protect my phone! I can't exactly return it since I threw the box away, and cannot figure out how to contact the seller.

I added pictures of my second order/replacment also first order pictures of damged item. The last pictures show the sleeve that customs the screen also a dust rag and wet oil cleaning paper.My first order was what im now finding out opened already with cracks all over. The screen was not in a sleeve like my second order came. Luckily I immediately requested a new one and one day later I received my shipment. Finally I have recieved a screen in good condition. I like how easy the installation is. The touch works great and my level of sensitivity is not set high. I'm excited to see how well it works and will return with another review once possible damage could occur. I am not happy with the screen coverage of my s8 edge. Top and bottom fits well but the sides do not reach the ends of my screen. So I basically no longer have an "edge" for my s8 android.Overall I am so happy to have been taken care of so fast also that I can use my new phone and feel safe with my new screen protector. I used this to replace a peel-and-stick vinyl cover that I'd gotten earlier (which turned out to be the wrong size). The other one came with two, in case you messed one up (which I did.) This one comes with only one, but it's okay, because you probably won't mess it up. Installation has like four steps. Clean it, snap on the plastic cover (to protect the camera lens, this is the only part you might get wrong) peel the sticker off and drop it on your screen. Then you're done. No bubbles or annoying bits of lint or edges that peel up. It's just on there.I have a bit of cracking at the corner where my cat broke the screen, and this new screen protector makes the spiderwebbing much less visible. It's a nice, thick screen, and it adds some heft to the phone. It does make it less sensitive, which I hope I get used to eventually. I feel like I have to press just a little harder.Update: my phone fell off a dresser face down onto the floor and the glass protective screen cracked, but the phone's original screen was okay, so I ordered a new protective screen. The old one came off easily and the new screen protector popped into place, making it look good as new. So I guess it did its job. Much cheaper to replace than the phone's own screen.
