Fantastic look
2001 GMC Bushwacker knock it out of the park. This looks better than spray in liner. Perfect fit and design. Looks like OEM. Don’t get the cap with the stake holes. This has three continuous strips of 3M tape would hate to try and get this cap off. I waited 18 years to put this on my truck. WOW does it look great. My truck is still like new and low miles. What a great addition to the look. Be careful putting it on. Follow instructions to the tee. Do it in warm weather. Set the cap in the sun for just a few minutes to warm it up. Set it in place and then put small pieces of blue tape in about seven places to mark the final location of the cap “ before” you pull any tape. That way you will know for sure it is in the absolute correct position when you are pulling the tape. Good luck. God bless.

Good fitment
Works and added protection and installed easily with double sided tape already applied and looks nice with the checker plate design

Great quality and fit
Lot's of mixed reviews on the fitment. I put these smoothback with no stake holes on my 2000 8ft bed and they fit perfectly. They seem to be great quality. Check out the photos.Give them a try!

A couple helpful hints for installation
I really like how the rail caps cover up all the scratches on my 10 year old truck. It's a quality product and I'm glad I spent the extra few dollars. Here are a couple helpful hints for installation.1. After all the prep outlined in the instructions, set the caps on the truck for about an hour during a sunny day.2. While the caps are just placed temporarily, run some masking tape down the back of the rail (just above the tail light) and onto the truck.3. Mark a line on the masking tape vertically.4. Cut the tape at the seam between the truck and cap. Now you have an index mark.5. Take the box that the rails came in and put it across the bed over the front stake holes.6. Take all the backing tape off one rail and place the front of the rail on the box. This will prop it up, allowing you to get the back aligned without worrying about the front sticking before it is time.7. Carefully position the back of the rail in place using the index marks.8. Support the cap while removing the box and then guide it gently into place. I think it works best to make sure the inner lip is lined up because it doesn't have tape.Good luck. This is one of those things that should be best done first on your friend's truck because once you've done it one time you know what you're doing.

Did not fit, $57 dollars to return, and I was hit with $13 dollar restocking fee.
I bought the bed rail caps for 2004 Silverado 2500HD long box. I don't write reviews unless products are amazing, or really bad. The bed rail caps out of the box seemed like a good product, until I went to line up the stake pocket holes. The first one seemed to line up, but the second one covered up half the hole, and the third one was completely off. Other older reviews mentioned this, but I decided to take a chance, and I lost. After trying to contact the sellers support line with no answer, I immediately boxed the up bedrails in their original packaging, and sent them back the next day. Shipping cost me $57 because of the size of the box, and I purchased it from a 3rd party through Amazon. Shipping was half the original purchase price, but I didn't even request reimbursement for shipping even though the product was defective, because I knew I was taking a chance with a third party. Then, I finally received an email from Amazon that I had been refunded my money minus a RESTOCKING FEE! Amazon did right be me by refunding my fee, but I feel others should be aware my cap wasn't even close to fitting, it's expensive to ship back, I couldn't get ahold of their customer service, and I was charged a restocking fee on a product that was defective for my truck. Ordered another brand using Prime, and I couldn't be happier.

Works but doesn’t fit perfect
Looks okay and works good but the holes for the bed rails don’t line up good and are short.
