Excellent Value but TOO SMALL Even for Small Veggies
Unlike many of the reviews on this page, I purchased the slicer using my own money. These are my honest thoughts.I bought the slicer specifically to make zucchini noodles. I have never owned a spiral slicer, so I cannot give comparison, but on the whole, the slicer does what it is supposed to do. I chose this one because of its price and because it isn't as big as the 'Inspiralizer' type products (I don't have room for giant appliances in my apartment). It is a touch smaller than I anticipated though.I pressed on all of the teeth to be sure they were well-set and wouldn't break off (no problems there). The small side grates the veggies too narrow for my uses but would be good for other things I suppose. I made a few batches of zucchini and yellow squash noodles using the large side and am fairly happy with it except one issue: the device is too small/narrow at the bottom of the funnel. I have purchased the absolute tiniest, narrowest zucchini and yellow squash I could find but it still cut into the core, making noodles from core that I had to fish out by hand. The core gets stuck in the funnel over and over and I have to stop often to remove it and fish out seedy noodles from my batch. If the opening for the core was a tiny bit wider it would be perfect and no seeds would end up in the noodles. For that, I took off two stars because it is quite an inconvenience but with a little forethought it could have been solved. It is a design problem. It would be easy to nick fingers if one isn't careful as you get near the end of the vegetable. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend this for children <12. I like that it came with a cleaning brush, which was one reason I chose this product over a similar one without a brush. It was easy to clean. For this price, I am Almost willing to put up with the above issue, provided there are no problems with metal teeth falling out (as sometimes happens with spiral slicers). This was the cheapest spiral slicer I could find on Amazon that didn't seem like total junk. I will probably purchase another one that is larger when I am able.I would recommend others buy a larger one, however this does work to make ok zoodles, just inconvenient. If it breaks early on, I will update.I was wondering where all the reviewers got access to a give-away for this product; it seems they are using an external website, the link for which is written on a paper inside the box. I intend to sign up and hope to try out some new stuff too

Easy to Use, Very Happy!
It's easy to use and gets the job done. When you get to the end of the vegetable you really have to watch your fingers because if you get to close you can start cutting them. I can never get the whole vegetable spiralized, even the cap it comes with to help push the whole vegetable into the slicer. The brush it comes with to clean is fantastic, gets it super clean every time. I use this multiple times a week and the spirals come out a little thicker than spaghetti noodles so they hold a sauce really well, which is just how I like them! Very happy with this purchase!

This slicer is awesome. I've always wanted a way to have my "pasta" without all the carbs. And this gadget does the trick.
