These look like offcuts from the large tube of material. They look like they have been hand cut buy scissors so the edges are not smooth. This doesn't really make a difference as you can easily tuck the rough edges inside. They only got three stars because they are not quite loose enough or long enough to cover all your neck. So when you first put it on on and put it into shape it soon crumples up to its original size making you look as if you have av8 scrap of material around the middle of your neck like some sort of choker. Unfortunately they have been relegated to my make-up drawer where are use them to keep the hair out of my eyes while I remove my makeup at night. Another fact they are also so not long enough f2 stay on your head for long as again they crumple up and end up up&up your head behind your ears.

Poor quality, gives off splinters and doesn’t close nicely.

they are fans. I bought for wafting the pit salt and homemade cologne into dryness. Then I can get dressed. I also sometimes use one for drying mascara or something like that. They never last for years and years, but I got a multi-pack so I don't have to go looking for them again for quite some time. Colour combo isn't important either, but it's nice.

Fans arrived well packaged in a box, and none of the fans were damaged. Fans are an ok product, as expected for the price.

PRO:These fans are really pretty.They are compact enough to carry in a small purse.Functional.CON:Not well sanded. I got a few splinters.Attached too tightly. Doesn't close completely without a little help.
