The absolutely only thing I would change is that it could be wider, its perfect in length but I would love it to be wider for cutting purposes. I highly recommend this product and will be picking up more as gifts.

It is the most beautiful cheese board ever. A slice of an olive tree, I believe and truly a piece of art. Can’t wait to give it to my son for Father’s Day with a piece of his favorite cheese and crackers.

Fell apart within weeks,bark just started falling off.NOT even slightly level,bounces all over the counter while trying to cut a tomato(with Japanese steel chefs clever) threw it out a month later

The board itself looks beautiful. Purchased as a cutting board and so far it seems OK. It is oblong and not perfectly flat, and it has some wiggle to it. Another thing to consider in this trade off between utility and natural beauty is that when you wash it, some bits of bark may come off the edges (it did for me). The most disappointing aspect is the packaging - there is none! The board was thrown into a large Amazon shipping box with a few air packets. The board is not wrapped in anything - no paper, plastic or box, so it was just sliding around in the shipping box. There is a sticker on it that leaves a residue when removed. All of that said, it does have nice counter appeal and is from Italy, and I plan to buy another one or two to use as display bases for some small plates and bowls.

This is not the smoothes. Pretty but watch out for the cracks.

I bought as a Christmas gift last year for my sister. The whole family loves it! Bought another for my niece this year.

This is a beautiful little bowl. Nice addition to the coffee table but also a nice gift for someone who appreciates natural beauty.
