Not for short guys
UPDATE BELOW...I am trying to contact the seller on this but I think I might be out of luck. I am about 5'8" and about 170lbs. I have a larger than average chest for my size (not skinny & no belly). However I think my torso or something isn't long enough. This chest holster might not be good for shorter guys. I really wish this holster fit me because it's made in USA and holds the glock 19 perfectly. I'll see what Silverhorse tells me. UPDATE: Wow talk about customer service. I was contacted within minutes by the company and the guy was super nice. He gave me some suggestions to try when I get home from work and said if I couldn't get it to fit he would make me a shorter strap. Changing this to a 5 star review. What a great company.

Fits me pretty good 6’3” 295 pounds.
It took a little adjustment but fits pretty well and my Glock 21 Gen4 is not really noticeable under my sweatshirt. The top strap rides a little high on the shoulder and rubs on my neck a little but possibly with more adjustments I can get it to stay in place a little better.

It's okay
I am a road cyclist. I wore the item this morning on a 62 mile ride. I carried my Bersa Thunder 380. The strap which goes around the mid section works fine, kinda like the heart rate monitor strap in comfort. The strap that goes across the shoulder is fine, the pad is a bit annoying, it slides down as you cycle and you have to move it back into position. The pad is also a bit wide and gets in the crook of the neck, but it's not terrible. The only issue I had was the holster with the firearm in it as I cycle. I am right handed so the holster slides to the right as you cycle. It does not interfere with riding as long as you are on the bars, if you sit up it is almost under the arm. Tightening the shoulder strap does not help with this problem. I think tomorrow when I put it on and have it positioned center mass I will take a safety pin for test purposes and pin the holster to the strap which goes around the mid-section to see if the holster continues to shift under my arm. If it stays in place and does not pull the mid-section strap around I will put a stitch or two to make it permanent.I also barely noticed the 380 while riding. After I sort the holster shifting issue out I will try my 9 mil or my 40 in the holster when I ride and see how the added weight feels.So far this is better than a couple other options I have tried but not near perfect yet.

I'm a pretty small guy and I seen some reviews saying its not for small guys and there customer service was great all I needed was the waste strap and they sent me one right away was super cool so no matter size this definitely works. Note: my waste size is a 30.
