The taste of the seasoning
I used this with meat balls and bok choy and parsley and topped it with crispy fried garlic.

salt overload
I suggest using only 1/3 to 1/2 the seasoning packet when you cook these -- otherwise the broth turns out way too salty, I couldn't even eat it without draining half the liquid away and watering it down. It's fine with reduced seasoning and still packs a bit of "kick".

Incorrect description vs what we received.
So I was hoping to get Vermicelli noodles, as described (and pictured). What we ended up receiving was "Little Noodles" (literal translation from Thai). Which is a different type of noodles than vermicelli. However we were ok with this mixed up, without this mistake it would definitely be 5 stars.

Good meat flavor, a bit of a kick. I like the rice noodles.
I like most of the flavors I have tried from this brand. It has a nice mild meaty flavor and if you do not want too spicy, this is for you. It is more flavorful than the beef pho version. (Tom Saab is my favorite and it is much spicier than this in my opinion...as a reference.) The rice noodles have a good texture. Allergen info says it contains soybeans, wheat, casein.
