The media could not be loaded.  Like most businesses during the current pandemic, we needed to purchase hands sanitizers and dispensers for our patrons and volunteers. Absolutley every company was sold out except this one. While skeptical because I usually purchase brands that I'm familiar with, this soap dispenser turned hand sanitizer dispenser works great, and for half the cost of other dispensers. All you do is put in the batteries and add your favorite hand sanitizer in the soap compartment and you're set. You're gonna want to attach it to the wall, or in our case a portable unit (see video). You will notice that there is no catching tray for excess liquid that could possibly drip out. We have not experienced this though. This is a great product and I'm sure we'll be purchasing more in the future.

If I could add a picture to this review I would. The product is well worth, easy to use, refill, and install. Instead of mounting it up with drills I decided to use double sided sticky strips and stocked it to the wall. Looks great. Great size. Doesn’t take up a lot of space. Goodbye hand soap bottles!!

I’m glad I bought it when it was cheaper because the price went up really high after. I like the item itself because it’s a no touch motion and easy to install. They give you a screw to screw it on, but I just use the adhesive stick on and it’s been good. But I don’t like how it barely gives you soap. I had to do the motion 2-3 times because it gives you so little soap. That’s the only reason why I’m giving it a 3 star because it wastes so much time.

Always find the soap in the same place. No touch, simple use. Wanted less clutter near the sink but needed to put a “catch” tray below for occasional drip with use. Chose an old crystal oblong candy dish so still looks nice.

Excellent soap dispenser! Looks grea, easy to install, and use!

This soap dispenser worked great for a week. The it stopped dispensing soap, the light would go on when you put your hands underneath and it would make the "dispensing" noise, but nothing would come out. We thought we would check the batteries, but left it hanging on the wall until we had the batteries. Before we were able to replace the batteries, it leaked all the soap all over the wall and on the hardwood floor. Mess to clean up. I e-mailed the company to say we would be willing to try another one, as this might have been a fluke. They e-mailed me back and asked me to send them a video of our use of the dispenser. Really??!! After cleaning up a bloody mess, I'm suppose to re-attach it to the wall and take a video? What ever happened to good customer service. Amazon issued a return refund. I thought instead of spending the time to send them a video of their defective product, I would write this review instead.

Motion sensor goes off constantly. Soap goes all over. Can’t even use it.

I’ve had this product for approximately two months. At first it was working fine then I noticed for the past two weeks it’s been stalling and no soap has been coming out at all
