I suspected these to be the regular sized beads but these are 2.6 mm MINI BEADS! I was a bit shocked seeing the size but figured I give them a try anyways and was pleasantly surprised. They work really well and the color is consistent throughout the beads. I ended up ordering more refills! So be aware of the size, these are 2.6mm!! But if you are looking for mini beads these are perfect.

As others have mentioned, these beads are TINY, but that was more my fault for not reading the reviews ahead of time.Others have also mentioned that the pictures shown are incredibly misleading, and purposely altered to misrepresent the size, which is completely true.But the part that really bothers me, is that the bead colors that they show in the pictures are not the bead colors that you get. Granted, the colors that you get are nice, and there is a wide variety, but I bought this set specifically because it had the more yellow grey green tones (olive green, etc.). What you actually get looks nothing like the colors in the picture, and there's no way that I can consider that anything other than false advertising.The only reason that I'm giving it 3 stars despite being overly priced and completely falsely advertised, is that I find it interesting that they're small, and I'm looking forward to seeing how I can mix my small beads and my large beads for various projects.

I needed some very small beads for pixel art projects and these are almost exponentially cheaper than the brand name beads. After receiving them, I am glad I tried these instead. Besides coming with everything you need to get started, I was surprised to find the cheap enclosed tweezers worked far better than any alternative I had on hand. It also comes with several ironing sheets to place over your finished project before ironing. These beads are very sturdy and fuse well. In addition, they hold up well in the heat, so if you need to put the iron back on for an extra minute to ensure a better fusion, it doesn't hurt the beadwork at all.I am very glad I tried these before buying a large quantity of Perler. These are a much better value.

Everything arrived quickly, but my box was missing a lot of pieces or had things different from what was shown. It lists four pegboards and templates and I recieved three pegboards and no templates. The key chains are different than what is pictured, only cellphone straps, and the colorful keyring with one jump ring. The ironing paper could be a problem. It looks and feels like cellophane which is not heat safe. The beads look nice, but the pegboards leave big gaps between the beads when I lay them out. The tweezers are really nice though and the beads and the storage containers they come in are of good quality. It would be a perfect kit if everything were actually in the box or as described.

The photos for the description are very deceptive. these beads are a tenth of the size and microscopic in comparison to the normal size. Furthermore, it appears the photo of the little girl holding one of the items is photoshopped to make the item look bigger. If this were the normal size depicted in the photo, the value would match.

This product came in fairly quick considering the circumstances! It came with everything listed above, packaged in a smöl box. I think this is the perfect starter kit for someone wanting to get started making mini perlies! These beads do fuse a little differently than perler brand beads so be mindful of that! I wish it came with more black, white, and clear beads!! Overall a wonderful buying experience. Would definitely recommend.

Really, I only bought this set for the beads and the 1 peg board because it was the cheaper variety I found. However, my set came with the right beads..but only 3 pegboards (square, hex and circle), TWO tweezers?? 10 cell phone straps and 10 key rings..and some weird plastic "Ironing paper" which I'm sure can't be used with an iron.. just.. don't expect to get everything in the kit when buying this. Hope this review helps.

Please note these are not Perler beads or Perler bead sized. I just assumed I was buying a no name brand, but instead, when they arrived, they are the teeniest little beads I have EVER seen. I kept them b/c I thought the kids could still make something with them, but they were so tiny that they were hard to use. If you like tiny bead projects, this may be for you. but if you were like me thinking I was just getting unbranded Perler beads....they are definitely not.
