30 Day Detox for Your Soul Paperback – April 6, 2015

I just purchased this book last week and have only been able to read three of the devotions but I must say that it is so good! It has much to savor every day and has really ministered to my soul. The word, "Detox" is really that--you will weep and purge your heart and soul as God starts to scoop out all the stuff we "stuff" ourselves with from emotional and spiritual injuries and starts to renew your mind and heart. If you have hurts that need spiritual salve, this book is for you. Bottom line is this: God doesn't want us to hold onto this kind of, "stuff". It causes our view of life to be skewed. We cannot fully see Truth like the Father intends until we can "detox" our soul and get rid of all the hindrances to our lives. It will hinder your ministering to others, dealing with frustrations, and everyday life. When we allow God to detox us and heal those areas we can then see from an "unskewed" lens. Everyone should read this book. Such a blessing. :)

This devotional is AMAZING! I read it with my church and I will be rereading it several times. It helps you to really look at yourself and check whether or not we are living our best lives according to the Bible. We make excuses for our decisions so often that we do it out of habit and respond automatically the way we are use to even without thinking about the why anymore. This book makes you stop and consider your actions. It makes you stop and consider your motives. Then it gives you tools to renew your thought process to make better decisions and pay more attention to your motives. Love it and I think everyone should read it.

Doing a class at church this book really helps to get the junk out

I love this book! Pastor Jo Naughton's transparency regarding her own life's experience helped me to honestly and transparently look into my own life and detox it of things that inevitably remain because of the busyness of life or just simply not wanting to deal with it. From Day 1, I began to ask the question just as Rebekah did, "If all is well, why am I like this?" This book has provoked me to go into a deeper level of truth and detoxification of my soul! I absolutely recommend this book!

I’ve read many books similar yet this one is simple, to the point, Two chapters pierced my heart .... Dealing with Disappointment and Offense.These impacted my life seriously, while the chapter 21 Frame Your Future confirmed even more that what we think, feel, speak, creates our future whether consciously or subconsciously.

An excellent book. Easy to read and apply to yourself. I had seen the author on TV and knew I had to get the book. It is easy to relate to various aspects in your own life.

This book is a must read for everyone You will be blessed tremendously by this book. Thank you Jo Naughton and Praise God.

This is an excellent book, that you can work through as 1 - 30 days as designed or each chapter has distinct topics that are so helpful and very practical. This ministry Healed for Life is life changing.

I like the way the author lays out the book in writing a story, then scripture verses and an area for you to reflect and pray and write your own thoughts while meditating on God. Well worth a read. I will go through it again as it a book that you can always revisit to revive and detox the soul. Very inspirational

Very readable, anointed and practical book on inner healing. The accompanying video on YouTube completes the package! I have recommended the 30 Day Detox For Your Soul to several people already, and will undoubtedly refer to it again myself.
