Okki Nokki Goat Hair Record Cleaning Brush

This is a must have for people that want to listen to vinyl. It doesn't matter if you're buying vinyl new or used, it needs to be cleaned. Aside from using a fancy purpose built machine or wet cleaning, this brush is the best you're going to get. The amount of dust and dirt I got off some of my records with this was absurd. I've cleaned them before, at least I thought I did. The Okki Nokki got them so much cleaner, and for only a couple bucks more. If you actually care about your records clean them.

Bristles fell out after about 6 months of regular usage. I'm not talking about a couple of hairs (which is reasonable) but an entire plug (leaving a big gap in the brush coverage). You can find cheaper alternatives.

My first brush (that came with the machine) lasted about 4 months of decent usage. I felt that I’d gotten fair usage from the first unit.This is the replacement I purchased. An entire section of bristles (along with metal holder) fell out of the brush on the 4th album I was cleaning in the first cleaning session. I’m disappointed for the price and hope Okki Nokki can work on QC. I’m not sure I feel like spending another $40 to replace a brush I cleaned less than 5 albums with...

Does the job, it scrubs and isn't too tiny. However, a lot of the bristles fall out while cleaning so make sure to dust the LP afterwards

Fantastic little brush. Had been using a synthetic brush but this one gets deeper in the grooves. I will way a bristle or two may come off but I would expect this and, of course, the record cleaning machine will suck them up. Highly recommended product. Very happy with it.

I'm really liking this brush the more I use it. I use 2 now, one for static and one for the crannies. That is if I am not record cleaning it with my VPI.

this brush arrived with as much dust in the fibers as i have seen anywhere on an lp- multiple shakes later and it still has a bunch of small bits in it. if i used it now it would put as much dust into the album as i would ever hope to get out. i am sure when i finally get all the dust out of the brush it will work just fine on cleaning an album.at least i know it can hold a bunch of dust!. should have arrived clean and without loaded with fiber particles.....

Bristles fall out and stay on the album, cut uneven, and doubled over. Extremely poor quality for the high-dollar price.
