It's okay, but not great...
Not a bad hot tub for the money.Good:Affordable and good sizeHeater works like a champ to keep it hotLooks darn niceBad:Connection button for Bluetooth... Hose broke off by the third time of taking the door off (unscrewing the door to open it sucks).Heater- the temp no longer holds at the setting. Several times the past week the tub was at 106; several more times at 104. I have the temp set for 98.Air Jets: they stick out from the tub and my shorts catch on them.Water jets- plastic strips out semi easy.Would I buy again... No.

All is well
I've run this thing about 4 months a year for the last 3 years.LED lights, subwoofer & 2 speakers, cover and stairs and everythingelse have worked very well. I highly recommend this tubIt is expensive to heat in winter months so I run it from June - Oct.when my solar panels will cover the electricity cost. I'll be putting moreinsulation in when I drain it in Oct.Draining it is work but well worth it to do it right. Both pumps and heaterpiping easily come off with an oil filter wrench and the header has a simpleopen/close valve. I'm extremely happy with this purchase.

Our biggest concern is that they use styrofoam to support the weight of the water and the individuals in the spa not too sure h
Like the features it has. The lighting, Bluetooth and speakers are really cool. The things we like the least are the Styrofoam support and the access panel is also pretty difficult.
