Works as expected to bond to existing and new stain.
Works as expected. I used this to bond to my 10 year old acrylic pool deck. I then used Anvil Pool Deck Concrete stain on top of this after a few hours of drying.

Works Great
This primer worked perfectly with the Gator Grip 1666 Desert Beige acrylic floor coating. Easy application for my backyard concrete patio!

So far-so good.
I don't know if it stuck because of the primer or if it would have adhered anyway. So far-so good.
