EyeCatcher Pro Series Tailgate Letter Inserts fits 2018-2020 Ford F150 (Black USA Flag)

I just installed it today and went very well, I found the best way to adhere it is to remove the tailgate and lay it flat and then lay the letters down. It looks awesome, Ford should have done this from the get go

OMG. Must have for F150 Trucks. I bought the gloss black letters for my White truck.The emblem letters / numbers are high quality and 3m tape already on emblem.It’s 15 degrees in IL. but I could not wait to put them on. Went to the car wash then backed truck in garage with garage door left open. Used rubbing alcohol and cleaned F150 area. Then Used a $20 electric space heater and setup on trash can and box a few inches away and let warm up surface paint.Then Cut letters individually and the clear plastic tape holds emblem and peel off white wax paper, then just line up with equal spacing and press on, then rub and press all parts and lift off clear tape and repeat for others.Just makes truck and tailgate popDon’t buy cheaper letters out there with non 3 m tape and less quality.

These letters make my truck stand out and look way better. Really great quality and they stick pretty damn good. Love the way they look just wish I didn't messed up the zero but other then that I almost had it perfectly. Installation was really easy and did what alot of people did which is cut them into singles and install them one at a time for better results. When I was trying to make sure I was lining them correctly I would do a light tap but that would be good enough to stick them good so be careful. I recommend them 100%. I'll update if anything changes.

Overall amazing product but the instructions could have been a bit better. Instead of trying to place the entire sticker on all at once (as the instructions recommended) you could simply cut each letter out and apply individually. Much cleaner and more precise results. I followed the instructions and mine came out CLOSE to perfect. But other than that... LOVE the way it makes my truck look!

Easy to install. 5 minutes including time to prep surface. Don’t skip the surface prep. Just wash tailgate surface, dry it, then wipe down with rubbing alcohol to ensure there is nothing that will affect adhesion. The rubbing alcohol will not hurt your paint. Let alcohol completely evaporate (about a minute or two). Remove backing, align the sheet, press each letter on firmly accordingly to the included instructions. Bam, done, looks awesome! Like it should have been from the factory.

These are a great enhancement to show off the F-150 logo. The dealership wanted $400 for them when I bought my truck. A 5 year could install these stickers in a matter of minutes. So glad that I found them on Amazon at a fraction of the price.

The designer of this product is a genius. The letters are attached to a clear, see-through plastic. This allows you to align everything perfectly before final attachment. The included instructions are clear, easy to follow and provide perfect results.

I prepped the surface with an alcohol cloth and let it dry. I didn't use the prespaced film. Instead I put the letters on one at a time. The fit and finish is nice. They have been on my truck nearly a year now with no failure. The local car wash does not cause a problem. Recently I took a hit from another vehicle in my tailgate area. The insurance will not replace them since they are not OEM. However the tailgate is now repaired and I will buy another set of letters to go back on it. I have received compliments on the look of the chrome letters :)
