Scuba snorkels can come with an array of technologies that try to make your life better like splash guards that stop water from accidentally coming in at the top, or blow valves that allow you to easily vent your snorkel. But these don't always work great, they add weight and bulk, and they're just one more thing that can go break.So instead, keep it simple with a simple J snorkel that does nothing more complicated than letting you breathe in and out without any frills. I've used this for extended periods of several hours and haven't experienced any mouth or jaw discomfort but of course, your mileage may vary.There's no reason this won't last a lifetime unless you somehow get rolled by a giant wave and lose half your gear. I have two of these and love them. When it comes to snorkels, I find simple quality equipment to be the way to go. I have owned several snorkels with purge valves, dry tops, etc. They all eventually failed / leaked. I use these for free-diving / spearfishing, but I also bought them for my kids for general snorkeling. Excellent product.

Nice snorkel

Snorkel is ok, i really dont like the thing that put on mask. I have long hair, every time take off the mask, tangling my hair so i have to untight my hair.
