Very satisfying afternoon pick-me-up! Went on a lengthy hike one day, took one of these along, and it gave me the energy I needed to finish strong. And although it is relatively small, it was strangely filling. Taste is good. It’s dense and chewy but not fake tasting like some bars. Would definitely recommend.
