Are the stick handles comfortable?  They seem to tilt upward and are higher than other sets and I’m wondering if people like that.

I like the handles, especially on the smallest pot, as the handle keeps your hand far from the flame.

How do you clean the mirrored finish sides of the cookware?  The instructions only cover the brushed parts.

I use Bartender's Friend (stainless metal cleaner) every now and then to keep the interiors shiny and new.  All metal has small micro pits/divots where oil/food residues can accumulate especially if you're soaking (not scrubbing) to clean.  The Bartender's friend does not impact polish or shine on outside of cookware but will polish up to new condition the bottoms and interior.  You can find this product anywhere - it's a common stainless steel cleaner.

How to use stainless steel cookware.

(1)   PITTING: Bring liquids to a boil or wait until food starts to cook before adding salt.  Sometimes there are "water spots" which are calcium deposits.   White vinegar/lemon juice will dissolve.

(2)   PAN WARP:  Don't put cold water into pans after just using them.  Let pans cool down or use microwaved water for immediate use in the pans.

How to Properly Heat a Pan - - Cooking In Stainless Steel - put pan on burner that's medium to a little less than medium/high setting .. do step 1 thru 4 .. adjust the heat as your food is cooking .. the 'core'/bottom of pan will fluctuate as it evenly spreads the heat across the entire bottom of the pan and you need to control heat source 
Step 1 preheat pan.  Step 2 determine if pan is ready for cooking.   Step 3 add cooking oil.   Step 4 add food.

(note:  Cuisinart cookware doesn't need seasoned.)  (Something the non-stick pan makers don't want you to know is if you heat a pan properly nothing will stick.)   (Stainless steel pans have pores and when heated these pores open and close during the heating process. If your pan is not heated properly the opening and closing pores will latch onto your food, causing it to stick when you go to flip it.  When the pan is at the right temperature, the pores are no longer opening and closing. This is why the water test is perfect. When water hits a pan and forms one perfect ball that glides across the pan, the pores are stable. Your pan is heated and ready to use.)

It states, quote  ..   "This warranty excludes damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse, including damage caused by overheating, and it does not apply to scratches, stains, discoloration or other damage to external or internal surfaces which does not impair the functional utility of the cookware.  .     .     .     This warranty also expressly excludes all incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply to you."

Some users have had difficulties getting warranties honored.  Pan warping and pitting are typically  excluded from warranty since it is felt that is something user could have controlled.  Determination if warranty applies is made by Cuisinart who don't necessarily view situations like the user does.

If pans were sold by Amazon they are honorable during the 30 day 'return' period typically viewing  defective type of issues qualifying for return of product, free shipping and money refunded.  At this time they don't do exchanges.
