Good for the price
Okay here are some things about this controller: works great! Buttons all work properly and don’t drift or get stuck like my other expensive name brand ps4 controllers do. However, the battery life is definitely not as long as the PS controllers. I could have those unplugged a few days without needing to recharge them but this guy is maybe 8 hrs tops, which still isn’t all that bad. The other noticeable difference is when using a headset. It works fine and even the sound comes through more crisp, but I have to adjust my mic settings when I use this controller plugged into a headset because it’s so loud both when I speak and what I hear. When I switch bad times the PS controllers, my bf always says I sound super quiet compared to this one. So not necessarily bad, but just a pain. All in all though, I would definitely recommend getting one of these if you don’t want to pay that PS price and are tired of the stupid drifting. I’m gonna buy a second one of these to have as my backup.

A Gamble on a 3rd Party Controller paid off!
I was not too sure about getting this controller, sometimes when i see a piece of electronic accessory that's much cheaper than the competition, i get worried. So i gambled a bit on buying this controller... And have to say, don't regret it one bit!Controller is comfortable in hands, buttons click nicely , and both buttons and joysticks have a good feel. The controller actually felt heavier at first glance then what i expected- but, for me, that's a good thing. The placement of the Home and + / - buttons are a little too close together, however, i wish they were more tactile and further apart. Oh, and Yes, this controller comes with RUMBLE.For those of you who want to know, the instructions for pairing is pretty straightforward. You press the Home button for 3 seconds, and wait for the LED lights to flash. Then hold the L and R triggers for about 3 seconds, and it should pair with the switch without a hitch. You do need to be in the Controller Configuration screen on the Switch to make this work, though. Its a little awkward when you first do it wirelessly, but after a couple times it's really easy , and it works very well. Like a number of 3rd party controllers that I've seen, this controller will NOT wake up the Switch if you put it too sleep. The only thing i can say that is a slight negative about this controller is (what i assume to be) a battery saving feature on this controller, which is annoying. If you don't use the controller for a few minutes, it disconnects and turns off by itself. Wish it would last longer!Other then that, this is a great 3rd party controller. Haven't had any issues with it, pairing is fast (and easy when you get the hang of it), and feels good and comfortable in the hands. Oh, and it's about a 1/3rd the cost of Nintendo's Pro controller. ... What more could you ask for...?

Top tier controller with minor inconvenience, highly recommend
I was about to purchase the Nintendo pro controller while browsing a few in bestbuy but then decided to look up a few via google before just picking something up.I found this at the top of the list for 2019 controllers and was sucked in purely by the price. I like the feel of the controller and the price is definitely right for everything you’re getting out of this pro-controller. Before I go further I want to point out a useful tip for anyone having issues connecting this controller as well. If you’re following the instructions and are having issues make sure you hold down the home button for 5-10 seconds when first turning on the controller till the blue leds blink very rapidly. They will start slow but keep holding and they will shortly after blink quicker and then you can go to the next step which I want to say was holding the L+R buttons (hope this is helpful for people thinking the controller is defective as it took me a bit to figure out how to properly pair the controller). There is only one reason I’m not giving this controller a perfect 5 star and it’s because of the ability to turn the Switch on with it and the instructions were not very well written for pairing to the console. You are, unfortunately, forced into turning on the switch with another controller before you can use this one or turn the switch on manually yourself which is inconvenient.

Great Controller, With One Drawback.
I bought this as a cheap alternative to another 3rd party Switch Pro Controller I had that sadly gave out. For the price, it feels incredible. It's hefty, comfortable in the hand, and just feels nice to use. Aesthetically, I love the red/blue coloration of the grips and thumbsticks. Overall, physically, it's a nice controller for the price. It's also very responsive and nice to use in game. However, I have had a bit of trouble consistently connecting it to the console. Rather than just powering on as normal Switch controllers do, for this one, I have to manually navigate to the Switch controller menu and re-pair it every time I wish to use it. This could be a mistake on my part, as the instructions are written in very fractured english and are consequently hard to follow precisely, but it is a bit of an inconvenience needing to have a second controller on stand by to navigate to the control setup every time I want to use it. Also, I did have one case where it randomly disconnected mid-session while at over 80% battery, but that only happened once and was very easily fixed, so make of it what you will. All in all, it's a nice controller on all levels, but the need to pair it every time I wish to use it makes it a bit of a chore. Certainly better than other third party Switch controllers, especially for how cheap it is, however.
