So far so good. The Apollo Traveller is a very fast charging power bank. I charge it with a 61watt GaN usb-c charger from ravpower and it does charge in under 20 minutes while the battery cells don’t heat up at all and the electronics get only slightly warm. If I’m rushing out of the house and realize my phone is low, I can put this on the charger and rest assured even in the 5 min to put on my clothes, I’ll put in enough charge to get my phone through the day even if the battery was completely empty. In reality it charges so fast and is never empty anyway, that anytime I put it on the charger and go do something, by the time I come back it’s full.This unit is slim so very easy to carry next to my phone, one reason I got it. It stays very cool when using it to charge my phone at 18 watts, and considering it’s outputting 30watts when charging my iPad Pro, it barely gets warm doing that. Graphene batteries do make a difference. Never seen a small and slim battery input and output that much power without a problem and with so little heat.Some cons. The usb-c port seems a little off. Half my cables don’t click in which lets them easily fall out with the slightest movement. Hopefully this doesn’t get worse. But can be trouble when charging my phone on the go and realizing later it stopped charging due to the cable being not all the way in.Other con is the price vs the capacity. It’s very steep pricing and the capacity is a bit low. I’m used to using 20,000 mah power banks but got this for the very fast input and output rates. If they made this in the 20,000 mah size but kept the charge rates fast and supported 60watt output, then it would be the ideal power bank.Hopefully the unit lasts. It’s supposed to last 1500-10,000 cycles (depending on charge rate) which is way more than the 300-500 cycles a normal Li-ion battery lasts. But some of the reviews mentioning failures have me concerned. I’ll be using this as my main power bank now so hopefully it proves reliable and those other failures were just defective products rather than due to a design or reliability issue.

After hundreds of purchases, I'm leaving my first-ever review, to save any/everyone else from the same mistake I made, rushing to buy a new technology I thought I just had to have.First red sign: The package was not factory sealed, no tape or plastic to have to break to get into the product. 2nd: No instructions. I'm a tech-savvy guy, but the "green" light was indicated while I attempted to charge it? Makes no sense. 3rd: The USB-C port ws extremely loose, making it impossible to either charge into or out of. Didn't matter whether I used the supplied USB-C cable or any of my own, including my MacBook's. 4th: H-O-T!!! The bank got extremely hot in the area immediately adjacent to the USB-C port, an area on both sides of the unti about the size of half my thumb. Last and final: Once I finally got a stable connection, using my MacBook Pro's 61-watt charger, even though the indicator ewas flashing green and three white lights (somewhere between 60-75%?), after 15 min of charging it still hadn't lighted up the next white light, so still not fully charged. Other than those five issues, I didn't have any other problem with the unit.I contacted support four times, with no response, before simply deciding to return it to Amazon, which did so with its usual quick and exemplary customer service, validating my hesitancy to buy it directly through the manufacture and trust Amazon with my purchase. My advice: You don't need a graphene power source yet, at least not from Elecjet if this is the best they can do.Amazon: PLEASE find a way for reviewers to leave ZERO stars, and not just one as a default.

The product works amazingly well. I timed it from a dead battery to fully charged and it was extremely close to the 18 minutes. I have used it for charging my devices including the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and it works wonderfully. Took it to a baseball game recently and it kept two phone charged with heavy use. I could not be happier and highly recommend this product.

Super fast charging and recharging, slim profile, just wish it held more then 5000 mah. Love it
