been taking this for a week now and am down 2lbs. i have been also going to the gym and exercising and changed up my diet as well. Havent had any issues so far while taking this product.I received this item in exchange for an unbiased review.

They help you eat less, but I haven't lost a pound, so not really helping with weight loss. One good thing is there is, I haven't experienced any jitters or any other negative side effects. I won't be reordering.

I had read the other comments on this product, and I was encouraged; so I brought it.Yes, the ingredients are to spike up your energy control the appetite, which I did experience.But what I wasn't aware was the reaction that I would develope; the reaction, I began to get dizzy from no reason. I even went to the hospital, cause dizziness is a symptom of a heart attack. My heart was fine according to the testing I received. I know my body, and this was the only supplement that I was taking at the time; so I weaned myself from it, by drinking plenty of water. After several weeks went by; I no longer was experiencing the dizzying spells. All my life I have very been very active, taken supplements, but never had symptoms of dizziness. To be fair, this just might happen with me, it may not accord with other people, all I'm stating is what happened with me.

I've tried a lot of these products and at this point, I don't really expect much. I'm not sure if it's just me and that I'm immune to this kind of thing, but it didn't do anything for me. I didn't increase or decrease my workout regime and didn't change my diet so as to see if it made a difference, and it did not. I lost weight at the same rate as I was before I started taking it. The only reason I gave it a 2nd star is because it did seem to SLIGHTLY curb my appetite for a couple of hours.

I shop a lot on amazon and have never wrote a review. That hearing said I had to because of how great this is. I take it before work every morning and notice about 2 hours later that I start to sweat doing things I never broke a sweat doing before just like this product should do. You don't feel hot really or notice a difference. Just feels like the weather makes you sweat and that is the best part I was worried it would burn me up and sweat so much but you can still go about your day with this and feel it working and not be uncomfortable.

Accidentally took 2, made me dizzy and disoriented. Otherwise, when I don't do stupid things like taking double dose, it helps curb my appetite all day.

This supplement was a Great Fat Burner, I had a great increase in my energy level and metabolism to promote faster weight loss! I felt very energetic and satisfied while taking this supplement! My appetite was decreased greatly, it did an awesome job of controlling my cravings, and I could not eat much before feeling extremely full and disgusted with food! I have only been wanting to eat when I have to make a meal for the family and sit with them to eat and I feel fuller quicker. These capsules are great! I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
