I’m only 25, but I have some seriously soft enamel and crazy gum recession due to bad genetics and a tendency to rough-brush. Recently, my gums surrounding two molars receded a little more, leaving me with sensitivity that took two weeks to mellow with time. That being said, I freaked out after the sensitivity felt like knives for a few days, and searched for something that would ease it a bit (Sensodyne was barely working at this point. Oraljel likewise). Though my sensitivity relaxed a little after the first week, some still remained, and once I got this mousse delivered, I hoped it would knock the rest out.After using it just ONCE this morning, I no longer have any sensitivity at all! It was so bad before, just room temperature water triggered an uncomfortable experience, let alone anything hot, cold, or acidic. If you have really sensitive teeth or just do a lot of clenching......it is good to put on at bedtime. I just use it once in awhile now but did use every night years ago.

I don’t use this as a toothpaste. I put a small amount inside my Invisalign retainers at night to help desensitize my roots, which with age are more exposed. Has made a difference and probably postponed necessary dental intervention later.

Worth every penny. This contains calcium phosphate which rebuilds enamel. It also contains fluoride which remineralizes enamel.Brush on the amount of a pea and spit out any extra remaining in your mouth. Don’t rinse with water after brushing to receive the full benefit of the calcium phosphate and fluoride.

My orthodontist recommended I buy this and I’m so glad she did. I have discoloration sometimes on my teeth, white lines on the surfaces of them that come and go but I hate it. I have used this stuff 4 times and my teeth already look 10 times better. The discoloration is better and they look healthier. I will absolutely buy this again.
