Could be better but not bad for the price.
Good tablet and is well constructed and the OS is stable. However I am displeased with the child lock features and the fact the child lock app is only a trial. Also, sound on the tablet is very poor and since my daughter likes it to mainly watch videos this is a bit of an issue.

This tablet is awful.
We have had this piece of junk for 4 days. My daughter and myself are so disappointed. This tablet crashes constantly, freezes up, locks on the home screen and I bet I have manually restarted it using the little reset button on the back of the device 20+ times. The camera doesn't work at all. And the touch screen doesn't work well either. it's hard for even me to click around and make apps work, my poor two year old can't do anything on it and it was her birthday present. I fully intend to return it. Don't waste your money. Horrible buy!

Good tablet, especially for the price
I was looking for a tablet that worked well and was not expensive. For the price I paid it's great. It functions well and fast, including watching videos on Youtube, Netflix, or Hulu. I am satisfied with the battery, it lasts a while even when I am using it a lot and watching videos doesn't drain it quickly. Most of the features I love and it functions well, but I gave it a 4 star because it comes with pre-loaded games and apps that I do not necessairly want and it gives me a hard time to uninstall them, which takes up hard drive space. I wish it didn't have them and gave me more flexibility to get the apps I really care about. Other than that I love it and would highly recommend it overall.

Very very disappointed.
This is junk!!!! I got this for my son's birthday and the thing only worked for a little over a month!! Just long enough to get outside the return window, then it died!! Not worth the money spent. Very very disappointed.

Visual Land has TERRIBLE customer Service
I purchased this for my stepdaughter for her birthday. It lasted all of a week. While it worked, it worked great. But after a week, lines appeared on the screen and then it died all together. I have been trying to deal with Visual Land's customer service department for a MONTH trying to get this replaced as it is under warranty. It takes them a week to respond to an email and when they do, they obviously didn't read the email I sent, so I have to send another one! This is VERY VERY frustrating. Spend the extra money and get something that is from a company that you know will support the product.

Not Enough Memory
My 5yr. old grandson loves this but there isn't enough memory to download very many games without taking some off first. I was disappointed for that reason. But for a 5yr. old, this is just the right size.

Within one month sound went away. It was not the settings. My grandson loved the apps and picture screen was great, but can not figure out why sound disappeared.
